Orange Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large (florida) oranges, peeled, 1 pith removed and diced 1 1 1/2 c) 1 large tomato, seeded and diced 1 (1c) 1/3 cup minced red onion 1 tsp grated orange peel 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger root 1/2 jalapeno chili pepper, 1 minced fine (2t) 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, or 1 coriander
Instructions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill, covered, until ready to serve. Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
