2 cup finely shredded Chinese cabbage (about 1/2 pound) 1/4 cup chopped jicama 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup coarsely shredded carrot Sesame Dressing SESAME DRESSING 3 tbsp rice or white wine vinegar 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp sesame seed, toasted 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper Toss all ingredients.
Instructions:
SESAME DRESSING Mix all ingredients.
