Oriental Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz soft tofu 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp chopped green onion - (with top) 1 tsp grated gingerroot 1 tbsp sesame seed, toasted
Instructions:
Place tofu, cottage cheese and soy sauce in blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process about 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in onion and gingerroot. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir in sesame seed. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers if desired. ABOUT 1-1/2 CUPS DIP.
