Overnight Muesli Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked oats -quick or old-fashioned 2 cup nonfat plain yogurt 8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained 3 tbsp honey 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Stir 1 cup uncooked oats (quick or old-fashioned), 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt, one 8-ounce can crushed pineapple (undrained), 3 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract until blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days. Serve with sliced fruit and toasted nuts.
MAKES 3 CUPS, FOR 6 SERVINGS.
