Pasta With Seafood Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz pasta -spaghetti, linguine or angel - hair 1 lb assorted seafood -calamari, shrimp, crabmeat -lobster and flaked fish 2 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb tomatoes, chopped 1 cup finely chopped fresh basil 1/4 tsp salt, to taste 1/4 tsp pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, until al dente; drain well.
2. Meanwhile, in large skillet heat olive oil; add garlic and sauté until golden. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add raw seafood. Cook about 3 minutes longer.
3. Quickly toss with pasta, adding seafood now if already cooked.
Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: About 12 minutes. Cooking time: About 10 minutes.
