Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot 3 cup white grape juice, chilled 3 large peaches or nectarines, peeled, pitt, ed, and cut i 3/4 cup seltzer water, chilled
Instructions:
Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches or nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree. Combine the remaining grape juice, the blened peaches, and the seltzer.
