Perfect Grilled Beef Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
mango salsa -or crisp and spicy cabbage relish -or basil marinated tomatoes 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef salt and ground black pepper, optional 6 hamburger buns, split
Instructions:
1. Prepare Mango Salsa, Crisp and Spicy Cabbage Relish or Basil Marinated Tomatoes; set aside in refrigerator.
2. Preheat grill according to manufacturer's instructions. Shape ground beef into six 1/2-inch-thick patties.
3. Grill burgers 11 to 13 minutes, or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve burgers on buns with Mango Salsa or another topping.
