Pineapple Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper - (about 1 small) 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion - (about 1 small) 1 small red chili, seeded and finely chopped 2 cup -- ¥ 1 1/2 inch pie pineapple - (about 1/2 medium) 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
Cook bell pepper, onion and chili in 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. ABOUT 2-1/2 CUPS SALSA.
