Pizza Primavera Recipe
Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
1 recipe quick-recipe pizza dough 1 cup part-skim mozzarella, grated 8 plum tomatoes, sliced 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 2 tbsp plus 2 tb fresh basil, chop 1 salt and pepper
Instructions:
Follow directions in Pesto Pizza for handling of dough. Sprinkle 2 tb cheese over each round of dough. Arrange 1/2 C tomato, 1/4 C zucchini, 1 c mushrooms and a few slices onions over the cheese.
