Rice Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
2 cup cooked rice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup onion, chopped 8 cl garlic, roasted, minced 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped 2 tbsp parsley, minced 1/4 cup pulp from tomatoes 4 tomatoes 2 tbsp parmesan
Instructions:
Slice tops off of tomatoes. Remove pulp and saute in oil with onions, garlic and peppers. Toss with rice, salt and pepper. Stuff tomatoes. Put tomatoes in a pan, pour a little wine and water in bottom. Bake 15 minutes at 350~. Source: Lightly Ethnic
