Roasted Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
1 fresh vegetables 1 balsamic vinegar 1 garlic
Instructions:
As a brush-on for roasted veggies, especially strips of eggplant. I drag strips of eggplant through balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with garlic and roast for about 40 minutes at about 375 degrees.
