Ingredients:
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp sherry 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 t 1 cold water 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional) 1 garlic powder and/or ginger 1 powder to taste
Instructions:
Mix well just before pouring over vegetables in skillet/wok. Stir sauce and vegetables quickly to cover. Sauce will thicken quickly -- add more water if it thickened too quickly.
