Seasoned Lamb Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground lamb 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 2 tbsp dried mint 1 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions:
Set oven control to broil. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 4 patties, each 1/2-inch thick. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray. Place patties on rack in broiler pan. Broil with tops about 3 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink inside. Serve with mint jelly if desired. 4 SERVINGS. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Prepare patties as directed. Place in square microwavable dish, 8 X 8 X 2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 5 to 7 minutes, turning after 3 minutes, until no longer pink inside.
