Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup weight watchers chocolate 1 ice cream 1 cup frozen cool whip 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter 1 package weight watchers instant 1 chocolate pudding
Instructions:
Combine icecream and coolwhip until softened. Add peanut butter and dry pudding mix. Stir until smooth. Freeze until firm. Each serving is 1/2 protein 1/2 fat 1/2 milk and 25 optional calories. From a weight watcher meeting I attended in 1989.
