Southwestern Style Black Eyed Peas Recipe




Ingredients:

1 can black-eyed peas
1 carrot, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/4 green pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced or
1 pressed
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
1/4 tsp tobasco or other hot sauce,
1 or to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to boil. Simmer for
at least 10 minutes, but 20 - 25 is better.
