Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cholesterol-free reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp chopped green onion - (with top) 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS SAUCE.
