1 recipe quick-rising pizza dough 8 plum tomatoes, sliced 3 jalapeno peppers, seed, mince 1 salt and fresh ground pepper 1 cup reduced-fat monterey jack, grated 2 tbsp plus 2ts fresh cilantro, chop
Instructions:
Follow dough handling in Pesto Pizza. Arrange 1/2 c tomatoes over each pizza round. Sprinkle with 1 ts jalapenos and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle 2 tb cheese over the top. Follow baking directions in Pesto Pizza. CAL 260; FAT 2gr. Source: Recipe Rescue Cookbook
