Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar 1 tbsp minced fresh mint 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro 1 tbsp minced fresh basil 1 tsp fresh lime juice 1 tsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Makes 1/2 cup.
