Thai Seafood Chowder Recipe
Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A
4 cup fish stock 1/2 lb scallops 1/2 lb fish, chunked 2 cup corn 2 tbsp rice wine 1 tbsp ginger 3 tbsp scallions, chopped 1 tbsp sugar 1 salt and pepper 3 tbsp chives, chopped 1 cup cooked rice 1 tbsp parsley, minced
Instructions:
Bring stock to a boil. Add scallions and ginger. Simmer a few minutes. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, scallops and fish. Poach until done. Puree a little of the seafood to use as a thickened. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve garnished with parsley. source: Lightly Ethnic
