Ingredients:
5 cup vegetable broth
1 package morninstar links, sliced
1 (vegetarian sausage
1 substitute)
1 medium onion, chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (your choice of
1 color), diced
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp lemon pepper (or, some black
1 pepper & a dash of lemon
1 juice, i suppose)
1 thinly sliced serrano chilis
1 (or more, or another
1 variety, if you
1 like)
1 cup small shell pasta
1 cup frozen peas
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine veg broth, links, onion, green onion, bell
pepper, bay leaves, lemon pepper, and serranos. Simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Add pasta shells and simmer another 7 to 9 minutes, until cooked tender.
3. Add peas and heat to warm. Ladle into bowls and serve.
