Tomato Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt, plain 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in food processor and process till smooth. Chill and serve over fresh salad or use as a dip.
