Turkey Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb turkey, ground breast 8 mushrooms, button 1 small yellow onion 1 red onion 1 large red tomato 1 lettuce head 4 whole wheat lowfat buns 1 worcestershire sauce 1 bbq seasoning 1 chili blend seasoning 1 cracked pepper
Instructions:
Mince mushrooms, and white onion in food processor or chop finely by hand. Combine in bowl with turkey. Mix in spices and Worchestershire sauce. Make into 4-6 patties. Heat grill or saute pan on medium high. Spray patties with cooking spray. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side., until cooked through. Place warm burgers on warmed buns, Add fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and red onions.
