1 1/4 cup water 2 cup unbleached white flour 1 1/2 cup rye flour 1 tbsp cocoa (optional, for 1 coloring) 1 1/2 tbsp caraway seed (yes, table 1 spoons) 1/3 cup molasses 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp gluten (optional) 1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Use Basic Medium mode. Timer not recommended.
