Watermelon & Pepper Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
4 cup cubed, seeded watermelon 1 cup fresh lime juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (can be 1 adjusted to taste)
Instructions:
Combine lime juice, salt & pepper sauce. Put watermellon cubes on serving tray and juice mixture in a bowl in the middle of the watermelon cubes. Dip watermelon cubes in juice.
I must warn you that my husband and son did NOT like this. I thought it was great. If anyone tries it, let me know what you think about it.
