Whole-Grain Wheat Berries (Vegan) Recipe










Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup water
1 cup whole-grain wheat, rinsed
1/2 tsp salt, (added after cooking)

Instructions:

In 2qt saucepan, boil water, stir in wheat, and return
to boil. Reduce to simmer, covered, for 2 hours, until
almost all of the liquid has been absorbed. Remove
from heat, let stand for 15 minutes. Add salt and
fluff with a fork
