Spicy Chicken Legs
Ingredients:
2 tbsp canola oil 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp dried cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 6 chicken legs with thighs, rinsed, patted dry
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix oil and spices. Rub chicken legs with spice mixture; arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until cooked through.
