Turkey Club With Watercress And Tomato




Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely-chopped fresh basil
1 = (or 2 tspns dried basil)
8 slice atkins white bread, lightly toasted
1 1/4 lb sliced turkey breast
1 cup watercress leaves
12 slice bacon, cooked until crisp
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions:

Mix mayonnaise with basil. Spread on bread slices.

Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the
watercress, three slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices. Top
with remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the
diagonal.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
