Ingredients:

1 each acorn squash, seeded, 6 wedges
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp butter
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Atkins sugar free pancake syrup, warmed

Instructions:

To make the squash easier to cut, microwave it whole for a minute. Trim the

pepper. Place on a jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake until
squash is fork tender, about 20 minutes.
