Beef Rib-Eye Steak, Grilled W.Mustard-Herb Rub - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

2 tbsp country dijon style mustard
2 clove garlic, pushed through a press
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
4 steaks beef rib eye/bnls top loin, trimmed, 1' thick
salt

Instructions:

If you enjoy the flavor of mustard, try this rub (it is also delicious on
grilled pork chops).

1. Combine mustard, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano and pepper. Spread
mixture on both sides of steaks.

2. Grill steaks over medium coals, turning occasionally, 11 to 14 minutes
for medium-rare to medium (if using top loin steaks, grill a little
longer), turning halfway through cooking time. Season with salt to taste.
