Broccoli Parmigiano - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil 2 clove garlic, pushed through a press 1/4 tsp crushed red-pepper flakes 2 lb broccoli rabe/broccoli, florets,

1/4 cup water 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp grated lemon zest salt and black pepper 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
This Italian favorite gets extra flavor from lemon zest. Adjust the amount of pepper flakes according to taste and the age of your supply. A newly opened jar is hot, hot, hot!
1. In a large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and pepper flakes; saute 30 seconds. Add broccoli rabe, water, lemon juice and lemon zest; mix well.
2. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat 8 minutes, until broccoli rabe is crisp-tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer broccoli to a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.
