Cappuccino Granita Recipe
Ingredients:
2 scoops Atkins Cappuccino Shake Mix - (1/2 2 cup water
Instructions:
Blend shake mix and water in a shaker or blender. Pour into a 9- by 13-inch pan; freeze 45 minutes. Run a fork through mixture to break it up; freeze 45 minutes more; repeat process.
Freeze 2 to 3 hours until completely frozen. To serve, scape mixture with a fork into icy flakes; spoon into serving glasses.
