Chocolate Buttercream Recipe




Ingredients:

2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted, cooled
1/3 cup heavy cream
8 tbsp unsalted butter - (1 stick), softened
6 packets sugar substitute
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp chocolate extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, gradually whisk cream into melted chocolate.

With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat in butter, sugar substitute,
cocoa powder, and chocolate and vanilla extracts. Beat until smooth and
fluffy.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
