Club Sandwich, Turkey W.Watercress & Tomato - Atkins Recipe










Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh basil or, finely chopped
2 tsp dried basil
8 slice atkins white bread, lightly toasted
1 1/4 lb sliced turkey breast
1 cup watercress leaves
12 slice bacon, cooked until crisp
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Instructions:

This hearty sandwich is a great quick dinner—just add a side salad or a
serving of our Cool as a Cucumber Soup.

1. Mix mayonnaise with basil. Spread on bread slices.

2. Top 4 bread slices with a quarter of the turkey, a quarter of the
watercress, three slices bacon and a quarter of the tomato slices. Top with
remaining four slices bread. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal.
