Cranberry-Raspberry Gelatin Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packets unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup water 2 cup Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail 1/2 cup Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry or Strawberry Syrup 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add cranberry juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
