Ingredients:

2 env unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
2 cup light cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 cup atkins sf rasp/strawberry syrup
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Almost as easy as store bought packaged gelatin, and a lot fresher tasting.

1. Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over
gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add cranberry juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon
juice. Mix well. Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled,
about 3 hours.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Chill time: 3 hours

Carbohydrates: 4 grams

Net Carbs: 4 grams

Protein: 2 grams

Calories: 28

Servings: 6
