Dip, Crab, 'king' - Atkins Recipe










Ingredients:

4 tbsp cream cheese, softened (2 ozs)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup cooked crab meat
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 medium scallion, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
tabasco sauce, to taste

Instructions:

This dip isn't made with king crab meat. It is, however, fit for a king!
For a terrific variation, substitute an equal amount of finely chopped
shrimp for the crab.

1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder until
smooth.

2. Mix in crab meat, peppers, green onion and dill. Add Tabasco to taste.
Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.
