Eggs, Shrimp Stuffed - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, boiled, peeled, chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 packet sugar substitute 1/8 tsp celery seed 1/8 tsp salt 1 tbsp chives, chopped 12 small egg, hardboiled, peeled

Elegant finger food and a perfect start for your holiday meal.
1. In a medium bowl, mix shrimp, mayonnaise, sugar substitute, celery seed, salt and chives.
2. Halve eggs lengthwise; scoop out yolks (save for another use, such as a topping for salads). Fill whites with shrimp mixture. Refrigerate before serving.
