Goat Cheese, Marinated W.Fresh Oregano - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 log (7 oz) goat cheese
Instructions:
If you can't find fresh oregano leaves, substitute 1 tsp dried oregano.
1. Place oil, oregano and pepper in a narrow serving dish. Roll cheese in mixture to coat. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
