Granita, Cappuccino - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

2 scoop atkins cappuccino shake mix, (1/2 cup)
2 cup water

Instructions:

You can turn this into a creamy dessert if you pour on a bit of cold heavy
cream.

1. Blend shake mix and water in a shaker or blender. Pour into a 9' x 13'
pan; freeze 45 minutes.Run a fork through mixture to break it up; freeze 45
minutes more; repeat process.

2. Freeze 2 to 3 hours until completely frozen. To serve, scape mixture
with a fork into icy flakes; spoon into serving glasses.
