Green & Wax Beans, Roasted - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

3/4 lb green beans
1/2 lb wax beans
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp thyme leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp marjoram/oregano leaves, crumbled

Instructions:

If you can't find wax beans (they're yellow), use all green beans.

1. Heat oven to 400° F. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss beans with
oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly coated.

2. Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice for even browning.
