Grilled Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored 1/2 stick unsalted butter 6 packets sugar substitute 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
Prepare a medium grill. Cut pineapple into 1-inch thick rings. In a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Mix in sugar substitute and cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.
Grill pineapple rings 5 to 7 minutes per side until nicely browned.
This recipe yields 8 servings.
