Ham, Baked, Maple-Mustard Glazed - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
8 lb fully cooked ham 8 whole cloves 1/3 cup atkins sugar free pancake syrup 3 tbsp dijon mustard

Only four ingredients in this special entrée! Slice the ham thinly for extra tenderness and fan it out on a platter for extra visual appeal.
1. Heat oven to 325°F. With a sharp knife, lightly score surface of ham in a diamond pattern; insert cloves. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
2. In a small bowl mix syrup and mustard until blended. Brush mixture over ham. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until a meat thermometer registers 140°F. Baste ham with glaze occasionally during baking time.
