If you don’t have any Atkins EndulgeTM bars on hand, you can substitute
with a quarter-cup sugar-free miniature chocolate chips.

1. In a medium bowl combine mix, 2 cups heavy cream and egg whites. With
electric mixer on low speed, beat until combined. Increase speed to medium
and beat until slightly increased in bulk, about 2 minutes.

2. Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker. Process according to
manufacturer's directions.

3. Heat remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream and Endulge bars over moderate heat,
stirring often until chocolate melted and mixture is smooth; set aside to
cool 10 minutes.

4. Place one-half of ice cream into a shallow container. Drizzle one-half
of the chocolate mixture over ice cream. Drag a knife through the chocolate
and ice cream in a zigzag pattern to swirl. (Be careful not to over mix.)
Repeat with remaining ice cream and chocolate. Chill 1 hour.
