Ingredients:
1 package le heavenly homemade vanilla soft s, erve mix 2 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup egg whites 1/2 cup no-sugar-added raspberry jam 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Ice cream and raspberries are the perfect summer pair. Use your favorite sugar-free jam (or jams) to make this your own signature dessert.
1. In a medium bowl combine mix, heavy cream, and egg whites. With an electric mixer on low speed, beat until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat until slightly increased in bulk, about 2 minutes.
2. Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
3. Whisk jam and extract together until smooth. Put one-third of ice cream into a shallow container. Drizzle one third of raspberry mixture over ice cream. Drag a knife through the jam in a zigzag pattern to create swirls. (Be careful not to over mix.) Repeat process two times with remaining ice cream and jam. Chill 1 hour.

Frodo was now safe in the Last Homely House east of the Sea. That house was, as Bilbo had long ago reported, a perfect house, whether you
like food or sleep, or story-telling or singing, or just sitting and thinking best, or a pleasant mixture of them all. Merely to be there
was a cure for weariness, fear and sadness. --------
