Macadamia Nuts, Chili Roasted - Atkins Recipe










Ingredients:

2 cup macadamia nuts, raw shelled
1 tsp canola oil
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:

You can buy raw macadamia nuts in the health food store. Macadamias, high
in protein and fiber, are heart-healthy because they are high in
monounsaturated fats.

1. Heat oven to 300°F. Toss nuts with oil, spread on a sheet pan and bake
25 minutes, until golden. Transfer to a bowl; toss nuts with chili powder
and salt.
