Mackerel Filets W.Mustard-Rosemary Mayonnaise - Atkins Recipe




Ingredients:

4 filet (8 oz) mackerel, (or bluefish filets)
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:

Tasty, strong flavored mackerel holds up well to assertive seasoning. This
dish is for those who enjoy full flavored fish.

1. Heat broiler. On a cutting board mash garlic with salt until you have a
paste. Add rosemary leaves to paste and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and
mix in mustard and mayonnaise.

2. Arrange fish filets in broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard
mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8
minutes.
