Nut Mix, Savory - Atkins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can mixed dry-roasted salt-free cocktai, l nuts 4 cup popped popcorn 3 tbsp butter, melted 2 tsp fresh thyme, minced 1 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Flavored with butter and with a hint of heat and herbs, this addictive cocktail mix is a cinch to prepare.
1. Heat oven to 275°F. On a large roasting pan, toss nuts and popcorn with butter. Sprinkle evenly with thyme. Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle over top and toss well.
2. Bake 15 minutes. Transfer to large sheet of wax paper and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
