Pea And Bean Salad Recipe




Ingredients:

1/3 lb snow peas, trimmed, and
strings removed
1/3 lb green beans, cut 2" pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 packet sugar substitute
1/2 tsp dried tarragon

Instructions:

Cook green beans in a large pot of lightly salted water 3 to 4 minutes,
until crisp-tender. Add snow peas during the last minute of cooking time.
Drain and return to pot.

Mix in oil, vinegar, salt, sugar substitute and tarragon. Toss to coat
vegetables evenly.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
