Pico De Gallo Relish Recipe
Ingredients:
1 medium avocado, chopped 1 medium tomato, chopped 3 green onions, chopped 1 jalepeño pepper, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp canola oil = (or other vegetable oil) Salt, to taste Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to blend.
