Pineapple, Grilled - Atkins Recipe










Ingredients:

1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored
1/2 stick butter, unsalted
6 packet sugar substitute
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Delicious by itself, the fruit is heavenly served with vanilla-coconut ice
cream .

1. Prepare a medium grill. Cut pineapple into 1' thick rings. In a small
saucepan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Mix in sugar substitute and
cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.

2. Grill pineapples 5 to 7 minutes per side until nicely browned.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Bake/Cook time: 12 minutes
